Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Sticksy ships to addresses across Canada and internationally. At checkout, you will see the available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your location.

Canadian Shipping

For orders within Canada, we ship via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping option you select:

  • Standard Shipping — estimated delivery in 1–3 business days.
  • Express Shipping — estimated delivery in approximately 1 business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Delivery times are estimates measured from the date your order ships, not the date you place your order.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping options, carriers, and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping prices.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after our daily cutoff (5:00 PM Atlantic Time) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom sticker orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design and order size. If your order will take longer than usual, we will let you know.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size and weight, and the shipping option you choose. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Sticksy may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. When available, free shipping offers and their conditions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking information so you can follow your package. You can also check your order status through your Sticksy account if you have one.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@sticksy.ca with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or postal strikes. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and help where we can.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

P.O. Boxes

We can deliver to P.O. boxes within Canada via Canada Post. If you select a shipping option fulfilled by UPS or FedEx, which cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, we will use Canada Post instead.
