Common questions
When will my order ship?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Atlantic Time, on weekends, or on holidays start the next business day. Large or complex custom orders can take longer, and we will tell you if yours will.
My tracking has not updated. Is something wrong?
Usually not. Carriers can take up to a day to show the first scan, and updates can pause while a parcel moves between facilities. If nothing has changed for several business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
I never got a confirmation or shipping email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us with the name and email used at checkout and we will find the order for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can. Custom orders move into production quickly, so we can only make changes before printing starts.
My order says delivered but I do not have it.
Check with neighbours and anyone who may have accepted it, and look around your door or mailbox. If it still has not turned up, contact us and we will help sort it out.
