These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sticksy website and all related services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Who We Are

Sticksy is a custom sticker company based in Nova Scotia, Canada. We sell custom-printed stickers based on artwork you provide, as well as stickers featuring our own original designs. Our website is hosted on Shopify.

When we say "Sticksy," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Sticksy and its operators. When we say "you" or "your," we mean anyone who accesses our website or places an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory (typically 18 or 19 in Canada) to use our services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Your Account

You may browse and purchase as a guest, or you may create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent purposes.

Products and Orders

What We Sell

Sticksy offers two types of products:

• Custom stickers — you upload your own artwork or designs, and we print them as stickers in the material, size, and finish you select.
• Sticksy designs — stickers featuring artwork created by Sticksy that you can purchase directly from our catalogue.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided in good faith. We make every effort to accurately display colours and details, but slight variations may occur due to differences in screens and printing processes.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We confirm your order by sending an email confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason (for example, a pricing error, stock issue, or content violation), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST/HST and provincial sales taxes where required). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

If your payment is declined or we suspect fraud, we may cancel your order.

Your Content

Custom Artwork

When you upload artwork or designs for custom printing, you retain full ownership of your content. By submitting it to us, you grant Sticksy a limited licence to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. We will not use your designs for any other purpose without your permission.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit:

• Does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party (including copyrights, trademarks, and rights of publicity).
• Is not illegal, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Content Review

Sticksy reserves the right to review submitted content and refuse to print any design that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. If we refuse an order on these grounds, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

We are not obligated to review every submission, and accepting an order does not constitute approval of the content or a waiver of our rights under these Terms.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Canada via Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. We also ship internationally; international shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

For Canadian orders, standard shipping typically takes 1–3 business days and express shipping approximately 1 business day, though these are estimates and not guarantees. International delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an error on our part has occurred. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, our return policy varies by product type:

• Custom stickers (your artwork) — we do not accept returns, but we will provide a reprint if there is a printing defect or if the product does not match your order specifications.
• Sticksy designs — we accept returns within 14 days for a refund or replacement, provided the product is in its original, unused condition.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sticksy website — including our original sticker designs, logos, graphics, text, and website design — is owned by Sticksy or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

The Sticksy name and logo are trademarks of Sticksy. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sticksy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not exclude or limit liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian law, including applicable consumer protection legislation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sticksy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or any content you submit to us — including claims that your submitted content infringes the rights of a third party.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada, subject to any applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
