Affiliate Program Terms
Effective Date: February 5, 2026
Welcome to the Sticksy Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in our affiliate program. By enrolling in the Sticksy Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Overview
The Sticksy Affiliate Program allows you ("Affiliate") to earn commissions by referring customers to Sticksy. When a customer makes a qualifying purchase through your unique affiliate link, you earn a percentage of that sale as a commission.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Sticksy Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have an active website, blog, social media presence, or other digital platform
- Agree to these Affiliate Terms and our general Terms of Service
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Not be a current Sticksy employee or immediate family member of an employee
Sticksy reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a 25% commission on the net sale amount of qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links. The net sale amount is the purchase price minus any discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and returns.
Cookie Duration
Our affiliate tracking uses a 60-day cookie window. This means if a customer clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 60 days, you will receive credit for that sale, even if they do not purchase immediately.
Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is any completed order placed by a new customer who:
- Clicked your unique affiliate link within the 60-day cookie window
- Completed checkout and payment
- Did not return or cancel the order
- Is not you, a family member, or someone acting on your behalf
Self-referrals and fraudulent orders do not qualify for commission.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid monthly, approximately 30 days after the end of each calendar month. This delay allows time for potential returns and order cancellations.
Payment Methods
We offer payment via:
- PayPal
- Direct bank transfer (where available)
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any fees charged by your payment provider.
No Minimum Payout
There is no minimum payout threshold. All earned commissions will be paid according to the regular payment schedule.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for all taxes associated with your affiliate earnings. Sticksy does not withhold taxes on your behalf. You may be required to provide tax documentation (such as a W-9 for US affiliates or equivalent forms for other jurisdictions) before receiving payment.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Sticksy Affiliate, you agree to:
