We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns, reprints, and refunds.
The 14-Day Window
All return and reprint requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a request, email us at support@sticksy.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Custom Stickers (Your Artwork)
Because custom stickers are printed specifically for you using your own artwork, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these products. However, if there is a problem with the print quality, if the product is damaged, or if the order does not match your specifications, we will provide a free reprint.
To qualify for a reprint:
- The issue must be a result of a printing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part (such as the wrong size, material, or finish).
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
- Minor variations in colour between your screen and the printed product are normal and do not qualify for a reprint, as screens and printers render colour differently.
Sticksy Designs (Our Artwork)
For stickers featuring Sticksy's own designs, we accept returns within 14 days for a refund or replacement. To be eligible:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- You must contact us at support@sticksy.ca to initiate the return before sending anything back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order — regardless of whether it is a custom product or a Sticksy design — please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or reprint at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage or the incorrect items when you reach out.
How Refunds Work
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of our receiving the returned item (or confirming the issue for reprint-eligible orders). The refund is issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
If you are returning a Sticksy-design product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom stickers where the product matches the submitted artwork and order specifications.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Orders where the return request is made after the 14-day window.
