Not as a regular offer, since shipping is charged at Canada Post's live rate, but some of our promotions include it.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, within Canada, because every order ships with Canada Post.
How long does shipping take?
Within Canada, Expedited Parcel is estimated at 1 to 3 business days and Xpresspost at about 1 business day, and international times depend on the country and option.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is priced at checkout using Canada Post's live rates for your address and the option you pick.
What about customs and duties for international orders?
Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees on orders from Canada, and these are your responsibility.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us with your order number, plus photos if it arrived damaged, and we'll sort it out with Canada Post.
