What about customs and duties for international orders?

Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees when an order from Canada arrives. These are set by your country's customs rules, and they're your responsibility to pay.

They aren't included in the shipping price you pay at checkout. The amount depends on where you live and the value of your order, so we can't tell you in advance what you'll owe. Your local customs office is the best place to ask.

Customs checks can also slow a parcel down, and those delays are out of our hands.
