What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
We're sorry to hear that—let's get it sorted out.
If your package appears to be lost: Contact us at support@sticksy.ca with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to get your order to you.
If your package arrived damaged: Email us at support@sticksy.ca with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and/or products
Photos help us file a claim with the carrier and get you a resolution faster. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or another solution.
Please reach out as soon as you notice the issue so we can act quickly.
