How long does shipping take?

It depends on where your parcel is going and the option you pick at checkout. We ship everything with Canada Post.

Within Canada there are two options:

• Expedited Parcel, estimated at 1 to 3 business days
• Xpresspost, the faster one, estimated at about 1 business day

Outside Canada, times vary by country and by option. Small Packet International Surface is the cheapest and slowest. Small Packet International Air and Tracked Packet International both go by air, and only Tracked Packet International comes with tracking. Checkout shows the options and estimated delivery times for your address.

These estimates count business days (Monday to Friday, not counting statutory holidays) from the day your order ships. Most orders ship within 1 business day of being placed.
