How do I return a Sticksy design product?

Returning a Sticksy design product is simple.

Here's how it works:

1. Email us at support@sticksy.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number
2. We'll provide return instructions including where to send the product
3. Ship it back — the product must be unused and in its original condition
4. We'll process your refund or replacement once we receive the return

You can choose either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement. Just let us know your preference when you contact us.

Please note that custom stickers (made with your own artwork) aren't eligible for returns—only reprints for defects. This policy applies specifically to products featuring Sticksy's own designs.
