How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

After that, it typically takes an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.

Quick timeline:

• Return received → refund processed within 5 business days
• Bank processing → additional 5–10 business days
• Total → roughly 10–15 business days from when we receive the item

If it's been longer than expected and you haven't seen the refund, check with your bank first. If it's still not showing up, contact us at support@sticksy.ca and we'll look into it.
