How long do refunds take?

We issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. If you don't need to send anything back, those 5 days start once we've confirmed the problem.

Your bank or payment provider can then take another 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. From the day we get your return, that's roughly 10 to 15 business days in total.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid in. The original shipping cost isn't refunded unless the return is because of a mistake on our part.

If it's taking longer than that, check with your bank first, then contact us with your order number.
