How do I request a reprint?
If your stickers arrived with a printing defect or quality issue, we'll reprint them for you at no cost.
To request a reprint, email us at support@sticksy.ca with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect
We ask that you contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review and process your request promptly. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll get your corrected reprint produced and shipped out to you.
