How do I return a Sticksy design product?

Start with a request on our returns page, within 14 days of delivery.

1. Fill in the returns form with the email from your order, your order number and at least one photo of the stickers. Tell us whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.
2. We reply by email with return instructions, including where to send the stickers.
3. Ship them back unused and in their original condition. Use a trackable shipping method if you can, since we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.
4. Once the stickers arrive and we've checked them, we send your replacement or issue your refund.

Return shipping is on you unless the return is because of a defect or a mistake on our part. Refunds go back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid in. See how long refunds take for the timing.

Custom stickers made from your artwork can't be returned. If something is wrong with them, request a reprint instead.
