Can I return Sticksy design stickers?

Yes. You can return stickers with our own artwork within 14 days of delivery for a refund or a replacement, as long as they're unused and in their original condition.

Start the return on our returns page before you send anything back. We'll reply by email with return instructions. You pay for return shipping, unless the stickers were defective or we made a mistake with your order. The full steps are in how to return a Sticksy design product.

This only covers Sticksy designs. Custom stickers printed from your artwork can't be returned, although we reprint them for free if there's a printing defect, shipping damage, or a mistake on our side.
