Can I return Sticksy design stickers?

Yes, you can.

Sticksy design stickers can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

To start a return:

1. Email us at support@sticksy.ca with your order number
2. We'll send you return instructions
3. Ship the product back in its original condition
4. Choose a refund or replacement—your call

Please note this applies only to Sticksy design products (stickers featuring our original artwork). Custom stickers made with your own artwork are not eligible for returns, but can be reprinted if there's a defect.
