What is your return policy?

Our return policy depends on the type of product:

Custom stickers (your artwork): Since these are made specifically for you, we can't offer refunds. However, if there's a printing defect or quality issue, we'll absolutely reprint your order at no extra cost. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery.

Sticksy design stickers (our artwork): These can be returned for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original condition.

In both cases, contact us at support@sticksy.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll take it from there.
