We have same-day or next-business-day production turnaround, which means orders move into printing quickly. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can cancel or modify it for you. Once it's being printed, we can't make changes.

Here's what to do: Contact us immediately at support@sticksy.ca with your order number and what you'd like to change. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances.
