What is your return policy?

It depends on what you ordered. Either way, your request needs to reach us within 14 days of delivery.

Custom stickers

These are printed from your artwork, so they can't be returned or refunded. We reprint them for free if there's a printing defect, damage from shipping, or a mistake on our part, such as the wrong size, material or finish. Small colour differences between your screen and the printed sticker are normal and don't qualify.

Sticksy designs

Stickers with our own artwork can be returned for a refund or a replacement if they're unused and in their original condition. You pay for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error, and the original shipping cost is only refunded if we made a mistake.
