How do I track my order?

Go to our order status page and enter your order number with the email you used at checkout. You'll see where your order is, from production to delivery, along with the carrier's tracking details once it has shipped.

With a Sticksy account, you can sign in on that page instead and see all of your orders in one place.

The page finds orders by order number, which is in your confirmation email. It can't search by tracking number, so for that, use the link in the shipping email we send when your order leaves.

Tracking can take up to a day to show the first scan. Some international shipping options have no tracking at all; Can I track my shipment? explains which.

If you never got a confirmation or shipping email, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact us with the name and email you used at checkout and we'll find the order.
