Can I use stickers on tumblers and water bottles?
Yes. Our stickers are waterproof vinyl with a protective laminate, and bottles and tumblers are one of the most common places people put them.
To get a good bond on a curved surface:
- Clean the spot with rubbing alcohol and let it dry.
- Press the middle of the sticker down first, then smooth it out toward the edges.
- Run a fingernail or a card along the edges.
- Wait 24 hours before washing the bottle.
After that, wash the bottle by hand. Dishwasher heat and detergent weaken the adhesive over time, and soaking can loosen the edges. If a sticker resists a tight curve, a few seconds of warm air from a hair dryer on low makes the vinyl easier to shape.
