Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, as long as we haven't started printing it. Most orders are printed and shipped within 1 business day, so the sooner you tell us, the better.

Send us a message and pick "An existing order" as the topic, or email support@sticksy.ca. Include your order number (it's in your confirmation email) and what you'd like to change or cancel.

Once an order is printed or on its way, we can't change or cancel it. If there's a problem when it arrives, our returns and refunds policy explains your options. Custom stickers made from your artwork can't be returned, but we reprint them for free if there's a printing defect, damage in shipping, or a mistake on our end.
