How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

If you created an account when you ordered, you can also check your order status anytime by logging in and visiting your order history.

Haven't received a tracking email? Check your spam folder first. If it's been more than a couple of business days and you still don't see it, reach out to us at support@sticksy.ca and we'll sort it out.
